  1. Hi Hannah,

It has been just terrible watching the fire happening over in Australia and one of the big things I had seeing are the animals in distress but I loved reading your ideas to help NSW out. These are very practical ideas that we could do as soon as we get back to school or even better you could start doing some fundraising in the holidays.

I hope you are having a wonderful break.

    Regards,

    Mrs B.

  3. Kia ora Hannah,

Thanks for sharing your blog post on what we could do to help those affected by the fires in New South Wales. I think you have come up with some clever ideas to raise money. Donations are a great way to support organisations like the NSW rural fire service as most of their firefighters are unpaid volunteers.

Another cool way people can help (that I just discovered) is to knit blankets and protective pouches for animals which have lost their homes in the crisis. These can be donated through the ‘Animal Rescue Craft Guild’.

Have you ever been to Australia before? Remember, you can always include photos or images to make your blog post more eye-catching :)
