For the last activity today I had to look at a picture and then explain it in detail. the painting was black and white , one part of the picture would be would be white and then the other half would be black, it was like yin and yang because yin and yang are black and white and they are different. Here is the picture.

ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing your description of the painting. I like how you made the comparison to yin and yang. I think this painting is a great example of that concept. It shows us how things can be equal but also opposites.
What made you choose this painting? Do you like it? To me it kind of looks like a chessboard.
If you are interested in this style, the artist MC Escher has a whole lot more like this. MC Escher was very good at creating images that mirror each other. They are almost like little mind puzzles I think.
